An AI-agent toolkit for a frontend team
Designed agent skills and repo rules that let coding agents review branches, generate tests, fix quality-gate issues and scaffold features in the team’s own style.

Context
Coding agents were already in use, but out of the box they wrote generic code and needed a lot of correction. The goal was to give them the team’s conventions and a reliable way to check their own work.
What I did
- Designed the skill set and the repo rules the skills rely on
- Covered the everyday loops: branch review, unit-test generation, quality-gate fixes and feature scaffolding
- Presented the toolkit to the frontend chapter; teammates adopted it in their daily work
