Led the move of build and test tooling to esbuild, and drove a codebase-wide migration to standalone components, signals and the new control flow.

Context
A large, long-lived Angular app had slow test builds and older patterns that made new work harder. The migration had to happen without freezing feature delivery.
What I did
- Investigated, planned and benchmarked the esbuild migration for builds and unit tests
- Migrated the app to standalone components, signals and built-in control flow, incrementally
- Pushed unit testing alongside the migration, which helped raise project coverage substantially
